The real estate seed was planted in Dana from an early age growing up in Georgia. She watched her Dad develop communities and build custom homes while creating lifelong friendships along the way. 

 

Dana has always understood that buyers and sellers desire an agent that pays attention to details, who is truly their advocate and has experienced all the logistics of a real estate transaction. 

 

Since earning her NC real estate license in 2005, Dana has ridden the wave of the ups and downs of the real estate market. Market conditions continually change, but the service Dana provides does not waver.

 

Dana has transacted in Mecklenburg, Union, Gaston, Iredell and Cleveland County. She has extensive knowledge of the Southpark/South Charlotte market since she lives, works and plays in the area.

 

Although real estate is Dana's primary passion, she enjoys snow skiing, yoga, University of Georgia football, and spending time with her miniature schnauzer Finn.
